Logic expedition
Six fields verified to be solvable from their open clearing without guessing.
- Numbers count adjacent mines. Reveal safe cells; switch to Flag mode on touch, or use right-click or F.
- Tap an open number to reveal neighbors when its flag count matches. Incorrect flags can make this unsafe.
- Explain a step shows a deduction from visible numbers and your flags. Apply it or solve independently.
Original game instructions
Uncover a nine-by-nine field with ten hidden mines. Numbers reveal how many mines are nearby. Your first reveal is always safe.
- Reveal a cell. The number tells you how many of its eight neighbors contain mines.
- Flag the cells you think contain a mine.
- Tap a revealed number when its adjacent flags match the clue to open the other neighbors. Incorrect flags can still cause a loss.
- Reveal every safe cell to win. Hitting a mine ends the game.
- The first cell you reveal and its surrounding cells are safe.
A little tip When a number already has that many flagged neighbors, the other neighbors may be safe—if your flags are correct.
